I submitted more than one sample for testing but have not received all results together?
We try to get all results to you as soon as possible after samples receipt, and with in the 10 workings we ask you to allow. We send out all results as soon as they have completed QC.
This means that not all results are issued on the same day. Especially where different test are ordered as these may be run at different times.
If you still have results outstanding 10 working days after we have acknowledged receipt of your sample please email email@example.com
